T H I Foundation is a 501c (3) non-profit organization created under the umbrella of the Health Institute. 

It was launched by Dr. Odler Robert Jeanlouie, a Nephrologist, in June 1, 2002, after coming to the realization that many people in the communities near where he practices were not receiving preventive care and would likely require critical care at much greater cost. 

Through partnership with community organizations, such as churches, schools, and community centers, T H I Foundation promote health education, and conduct monthly screening sessions in those various organizations in Essex County. 

Here are the following activities in which T H I foundation performs: 

Blood Pressure Measurements

Obesity Screening

Cholesterol testing

Educational seminar and exhibits

Distribution of brochures about hypertension, diabetes, and cholesterol

Referral for follow-up care

Answer medical questions
