YOUR WEIGHT

Your weight should be commensurate to your height and sex.
Use this formula to calculate your ideal weight.

For males:
Your weight should = 50 + 0.91 (height in centimeter – 152.4)

For females:
Your weight should = 45.5 + .091 (height in centimeter – 152.4)

If your weight is 20% above the calculated number you are considered
overweight.  If your weight is 50% above that number your are, by
definition, obese.  In both cases, your life expectancy and your
disease-free intervals are significantly decreased, up to twenty
times!
